Jenzabar's Constituent Relationship Modules (CRMs)
provide the tight integration between the front-end
portal and LMS and the administrative data and business
logic. Providing for the relationship-building requirements
of higher education, the modules are organized by each
constituent group served by higher education.
Managing Relationships
Through Jenzabar CRMs, our integrated software is designed
to manage relationships with all of the institution's
constituents. The CRMs provide data consolidation and
mining and the ability to capture vital constituent
information at the point of contact. CRMs store this
information in a central database-but even more-generate
sensible business intelligence to the right officers,
so they can make the right decisions.
For example, Jenzabar's CRMs provide institutions with
immediate and integrated access to complete student
profiles-without having to move from system to system.
It treats the admissions, financial aid, and academic
records departments as a single entity. CRMs assist
all constituents by:
- Enabling service personnel to assist students properly
- Presenting a quality experience to a potential student
- Providing faculty easy access to course, schedule
and grade data
- Helping administrators to develop and monitor fundraising
initiatives
- Tying alumni to their alma mater and maintaining
their financial support
- Keeping donors participating in the institution's
long-term growth
