As Chairman and CEO, he led Jenzabar’s transformation from a dotcom start-up to an industry-leading enterprise solution provider. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Mr. Maginn held the positions of Senior Partner and Director at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in Government from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. |

Ling Chai President & Chief Operating Officer
Ling Chai is the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer at Jenzabar. She started Jenzabar in 1998 and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding Jenzabar, Ms. Chai worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, a leading global business and strategy consulting firm. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master of Liberal Arts in Public Affairs from The Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, and an undergraduate degree from Beijing University. |

Ben Bassett Vice President of Software & Services
As Vice President of Software and Services, Ben Bassett leads Jenzabar’s Product Development team and Client Services group in all aspects of client engagements, including project management, implementation, and training. Prior to the merger of Jenzabar and Campus America, Inc., he served as President of Campus America. He began his career in Client Support for Campus America, and went on to work in software development, educational services, and sales, among other roles. Mr. Bassett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Plymouth State College.

Sam Burgio Vice President & General Manager, Jenzabar EX Business Unit
Sam Burgio, Vice President & General Manager of the Jenzabar EX Business Unit, is closely involved with planning the strategic direction of the flagship ERP system Jenzabar EX, and heads account management and national sales of the enterprise-wide product line. In addition, he is responsible for Jenzabar’s classic products (Jenzabar PX, QX, and TE) and continued expansion into the Latin American and Caribbean higher education marketplace, and leads all corporate marketing initiatives. Mr. Burgio previously served as Regional Sales Manager for the U.S. Northeast and Canada. A former Dean of Student Enrollment at Wentworth Institute of Technology, he has served as a Business Development Manager at BearingPoint, one of the world’s largest business consulting, systems integration and managed services firms. He holds a master's degree in Education from Northeastern University and an undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Oswego.

Christian Hartigan Vice President & General Manager, Continuing Education Business Unit
As Vice President & General Manager of the Continuing Education Business Unit, Christian Hartigan is responsible for developing strategic goals and business priorities for Higher Reach by Jenzabar, and heads up national sales for the continuing education administrative solution. He began his career at Jenzabar as Director of Corporate Development, and has served as Vice President of New Business Development. His prior experience includes corporate and investment banking in New York and Switzerland, and three years in business development and financial services for technology providers serving the higher education and corporate learning markets. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Michael’s College in Vermont.

Mimi Jespersen Vice President of Finance
Mimi Jespersen serves as the Vice President of Finance at Jenzabar, where she manages the Finance and Information Technology departments. Prior to joining Jenzabar she held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at Windham Professionals, a privately held service organization, where she was responsible for all accounting, revenue processing, information technology, and human resources functions. Ms. Jespersen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Sashi Parthasarathi Vice President & General Manager, Jenzabar CX Business Unit
As Vice President & General Manager of the Jenzabar CX Business Unit, Sashi Parthasarathi is responsible for establishing the strategic priorities and goals for the flagship ERP system Jenzabar CX, and leads account management and national sales of the enterprise-wide product line. Ms. Parthasarathi is also responsible for Jenzabar e-Racer, Jenzabar Retention Management System, and Jenzabar Capture, as well as expansion into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She brings over 20 years of experience managing finances, human resources and professional services. Prior to the merger of Jenzabar and Quodata, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Quodata Corporation, where she held the role of Manager of Administrative Services. Ms. Parthasarathi holds a master's degree in Industrial Relations and Business Administration from the University of New Haven, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois.

Burt Rubenstein Vice President of Product Strategy
As Vice President of Product Strategy, Burt Rubenstein is responsible for developing product strategy, translating the roadmap into products through product management, and keeping the higher education market informed of Jenzabar product capabilities through product marketing of all product lines. He has led several software companies as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Engineering, and Vice President of Product Management. He received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from M.I.T. and continued graduate studies at the Sloan School of Management.
